Refund and Returns Policy

The following information outlines our Refund and returns Policy:

All refunds requests will be presented to the board of trustees for final determination if a refund will be issued. All refund and returns requests are at the discretion of the board of trustees. No staff member can issue a refund!

To be eligible for a return, your request must be made in writing and sent via email to: Remedy@freedomfromservitude.com.

Non-Refundable disclosure:

  • materials cannot have already been prepared;
  • any/all funds cannot have already been sent to a contractor;
  • After proofing for document sets has been entered there will be no refunds as you will have a copy of the documentation for your records and the work and time will have already been allocated;
  • Should you breach any contract with Freedom From Servitude
  • we require a receipt or proof of purchase of educated materials from Freedom From Servitude;

Further, to be completely clear, there are absolutely no 100% guarantees of time frames, decisions, outcomes or results for your administrative remedy proceedings. You are responsible for studying and knowing the information provided. As an Secured Party Creditor/non citizen national/private citizen you no longer have the privilege of having someone speak for you. In fact, should you decide to request someone to re-present you, you forfeit jurisdiction and must pursue things as a debtor.

Freedom From Servitude and its contractors work countless hours in order to stay up to date with any/all administrative rule/procedure changes. If you decide to use the educational materials provided, just because you do not get the results you are expecting does not mean Freedom From Servitude has done anything wrong. Remember, the final decision of all administrative proceedings belongs to the judge who has discretionary authority to make the decision he/she feels is called for. Freedom From Servitude cannot make a court or judge enter the decision you want.
